Information Sharing to Combat Fraud: Analysis of Statutory Permissions and Constraints

Drawing on legal research contributed by Akin, the paper offers a plain-language breakdown of where safe harbors, exceptions, and affirmative permissions already exist. Prepared for the ACAMS International Anti-Fraud & Technology Task Force and refined with input from GASA's member network, the paper is intended to spark dialogue and inform next steps for industry and policymakers alike.
