Adobe Joins the Global Anti-Scam Alliance as a Foundation Member to Advance Consumer Protection and Digital Trust

The Hague, Netherlands — June 3, 2026 — Adobe has joined the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA) as a Foundation Member globally and within the GASA North America Chapter, strengthening GASA's growing network of organizations working to combat scams, fraud, and online deception while advancing consumer protection worldwide.
As digital interactions continue to expand across platforms, services, and technologies, trust has become an increasingly critical component of the online experience. Adobe’s partnership with GASA reflects a shared commitment to strengthening consumer protection and advancing collaboration across sectors to better combat scams, fraud, and online deception. By joining GASA’s international network of governments, industry leaders, consumer protection organizations, and law enforcement agencies, Adobe will help support greater knowledge sharing, awareness, and coordinated action aimed at creating safer digital experiences for consumers worldwide.
“Scams and fraud are an increasingly global and coordinated threat, and no single organization can address them alone. Adobe is joining the Global Anti-Scam Alliance to collaborate with trusted partners across industry, government, and civil society to share intelligence, strengthen prevention, and raise the bar for consumer protection worldwide. Together, we can more effectively disrupt scam ecosystems and help create a safer digital economy for everyone,” said Michael Draper, VP Global Consumer Trust, Adobe.
Adobe joins a growing network of organizations committed to scam reduction and prevention through collaboration, intelligence sharing, research, consumer education, and coordinated action. Through its participation in both GASA and the North America Chapter, Adobe will contribute expertise and support efforts to raise awareness of emerging fraud threats and strengthen consumer protection.
“Protecting consumers online requires collaboration across the organizations shaping how people create, communicate, and engage in digital environments. With Adobe joining GASA as a Foundation Member, we strengthen our ability to advance trust, improve awareness, and support safer digital experiences worldwide,” said Jorij Abraham, Managing Director of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance.
In the coming months, Adobe and GASA will work together and alongside the broader GASA network to collaborate on impactful initiatives and support collective efforts aimed at advancing consumer protection and strengthening the fight against scams, fraud, and online deception.
“Protecting consumers from increasingly sophisticated scams requires addressing how fraudsters exploit emerging technologies, including AI-generated and synthetic media. Adobe brings extensive experience in helping identify evolving fraud risks and supporting efforts to strengthen prevention, disrupt scam tactics, and reduce consumer harm across digital ecosystems. I am delighted to welcome Adobe and look forward to working together to advance consumer protection and awareness efforts.” said Nils Mueller, Director, GASA North America Chapter.
Adobe and GASA will contribute their respective expertise to strengthen digital trust, improve consumer awareness and support collaborative efforts to combat scams and online fraud worldwide.
