This study of 22,260 adults across Europe shows that 75% encountered a scam in the past year, with email, phone, and text the primary entry points. While 71% say they are confident in recognizing scams, 8% of those exposed went on to interact with scammers. Ultimately, 6% experienced financial or data loss, and only 3% reported the incident to authorities.
