The event aims to unite stakeholders across Africa to address the growing threat of cyber fraud and scams. Hosted in cooperation with the Southern African Fraud Prevention Service, the meeting will discuss forming the GASA Africa Chapter to align with global efforts in tackling scams in the region.

About the event
Globally, over USD $1 trillion was lost to scams last year, impacting 1 in 4 individuals. Alarmingly, only 7% of victims report these crimes. This underscores the urgent need for swift, collective action.
The event, co-hosted by the South African Fraud Prevention Service (SAFPS), has as goal to unite African stakeholders to combat cyber fraud and scams. We will discuss forming the GASA Africa Chapter to align with global anti-scam efforts.
